Cheers to Gin & Prosecco!

28th June 2018

We hope you all had as good a time at our Gin & Prosecco festival last weekend as we did! The gin was expertly mixed to your orders, the prosecco was fizzing and the tunes were making waves in our lagoon. A whopping 600 of you came to join us to toast this beautiful weather, and we loved every minute of it.

The day kicked off with some sweet lagoon side melodies by local singer-songwriters Laura Wilson and Carrie Pierce, followed by DJ Hollie Profit kicking things up a notch later in the day with some disco until the evening’s end.

Many of our guests took the opportunity to take part in one of Aber Falls Distillery’s expert mixology and cocktail making classes – learning how to continue the party after the festival’s close.

This was our first Gin & Prosecco festival, bringing with it a wide range of gins from North Wales distiller Aber Falls, as well as Tanqueray, Martin Millers, Gordon’s, Four Pillar Warner Edwards and Ophir (and even some goodies from Schweppes, Ponte Prosecco, Brockman, Tanqueray, and Martin Millers to take home).

We’d like to say a big thanks to everyone who came along and made it a day to remember. We really hope you enjoyed the weekend and look forward to seeing you at our next lagoon-side festivities – our Electric Wave Festival on 28-29 July 2018! Find out more here.
