Charities

We are proud to officially support three brilliant organisations: Help for Heroes, Surfers against Sewage & The Dyffryn Valley Clwb Syrffio.  Each of these charities does amazing work with diverse groups of people both locally in North Wales and across the UK.

Help for Heroes

Help for Heroes visits us regularly throughout the year for surf camps, training and tournaments. The charity supports veteran and serving servicemen and women who use surf therapy to help them recover from mental and physical challenges and injuries.

Surfers against Sewage

Surfers against Sewage (SAS) is an environmental charity which campaigns to protect the UK’s oceans, waves and beaches via environmental initiatives and community events. The charity has been one of the driving forces tackling plastic pollution and protecting the UK’s coastlines.

Clwb Syrffio

The Clwb Syffio was born out of a partnership between the community, local charity The Outdoor Partnership, Conwy County Borough Council and Surf Snowdonia. It is a thriving community-centred club which offers low cost surf coaching to North Wales kids who might not otherwise be able to access it.
